Uncle Logic Terms of Use

1. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Uncle Logic, including UncleLogic.com, Uncle Logic accounts, games, puzzles, Daily features, achievements, Logic Points, and other services provided by Artificial Luck, LLC.
By creating an account, accessing account features, or otherwise agreeing to these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not create or use an Uncle Logic account. Games and other portions of Uncle Logic may remain available without an account where indicated.
The Privacy Policy explains how Uncle Logic collects, uses, and protects information.
2. AGE ELIGIBILITY AND MINORS
Uncle Logic accounts are available only to users who are at least 13 years old.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or legal guardian, that you have their permission to use Uncle Logic, and that your parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you are not legally able to enter into these Terms, do not create an account.
Uncle Logic does not request your full date of birth or birth year as part of normal account registration. An optional birth month may be provided for features such as birthday-month content or surprises.
3. ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for maintaining access to the email address associated with it.
You may not:
- impersonate another person or organization;
- create accounts for abusive, fraudulent, automated, or deceptive purposes;
- sell, transfer, or trade accounts;
- attempt to obtain unauthorized access to another account;
- interfere with Uncle Logic authentication or security systems.
Artificial Luck may require reauthentication for sensitive operations such as account deletion or data export.
4. DISPLAY NAMES
Display names do not need to be legal names.
Display names are subject to availability, uniqueness rules, moderation, and reserved-name restrictions.
Artificial Luck may reject, reserve, remove, or require the change of a display name that involves, among other things:
- profanity or explicit sexual language;
- hate or harassment;
- impersonation;
- fraud or deception;
- Artificial Luck or Uncle Logic intellectual property;
- staff, support, administrator, moderator, or official-looking identities;
- infringement of another person's rights;
- other abusive or inappropriate uses.
A display name being technically accepted does not create an ownership right in that name.
5. GAMES, PUZZLES AND DAILY FEATURES
Uncle Logic may provide Daily games, archives, puzzles, streaks, scores, statistics, timers, difficulty ratings, optimal solutions, achievements, and other gameplay features.
Rules, available games, puzzle formats, Daily lineups, scoring systems, and other features may change over time.
Artificial Luck may correct obvious errors in puzzles, scores, statistics, streaks, achievements, account progress, or other game records.
No game, Daily streak, archive, puzzle, ranking, or other feature is guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.
6. LOGIC POINTS
Logic Points (“LP”) are promotional, in-platform points used within Uncle Logic.
At present:
- LP have no monetary or cash value;
- LP are not currency, cryptocurrency, stored value, a bank balance, or an investment;
- LP are not property and do not represent money held on your behalf;
- LP cannot be sold, transferred, traded, gifted, or moved between accounts;
- LP cannot currently be redeemed for cash;
- LP cannot currently be purchased.
Artificial Luck may introduce uses for LP in the future, including digital items, gameplay features, memberships, promotional rewards, physical merchandise, or other benefits.
The existence of an LP balance does not guarantee that any particular reward will ever be offered or remain available.
Future redemption programs may have separate eligibility requirements, limits, pricing, terms, taxes, fulfillment procedures, or other conditions.
Artificial Luck may add, remove, or modify ways to earn or use LP.
Artificial Luck may correct or reverse LP that were:
- awarded because of an error;
- duplicated;
- obtained through exploitation, automation, fraud, cheating, or abuse;
- otherwise credited contrary to applicable achievement or reward rules.
Under the current program, LP do not expire solely because of inactivity. Artificial Luck may change expiration rules prospectively in the future with appropriate notice.
Deleting an account may permanently eliminate its LP balance, achievement history, and related account benefits.
Suspension or termination for fraud, abuse, exploitation, or material violation of these Terms may result in forfeiture of LP or related benefits where legally permitted.
7. LIFETIME LP AND AVAILABLE LP
Uncle Logic may display different LP measures.
Lifetime LP represents qualifying LP earned over the life of the account, subject to correction of invalid or erroneous awards.
Available LP Balance represents LP available for future use after any authorized spending, redemption, adjustment, or reversal.
Spending LP in the future will not ordinarily reduce Lifetime LP.
Artificial Luck may use Lifetime LP for features such as account progression, status, or future rankings.
8. ACHIEVEMENTS AND ACCOUNT PROGRESS
Achievements may be awarded based on verified or otherwise accepted gameplay and account activity.
Achievements may be added after you have already satisfied their requirements. Where Uncle Logic has trustworthy historical information proving that you qualify, achievements may be granted retroactively.
Achievements and LP awards may depend on the quality and availability of historical account information.
Artificial Luck does not guarantee that activity occurring without an account, before account synchronization, or without sufficiently reliable records can be credited retroactively.
9. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use Uncle Logic for personal, lawful entertainment.
You may not:
- hack, probe, attack, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service;
- bypass authentication, rate limits, advertising controls, security measures, or access controls;
- use bots, scripts, automation, macros, or similar systems to fraudulently generate account activity, achievements, LP, rankings, rewards, ad interactions, or other benefits;
- exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for improper advantage;
- falsely manipulate scores, timers, streaks, results, achievements, or LP;
- scrape or harvest personal information from other users;
- use Uncle Logic to distribute malware or harmful code;
- reverse engineer or reproduce Uncle Logic games or proprietary assets except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- commercially redistribute, copy, republish, sell, or repackage Uncle Logic games, puzzles, artwork, code, branding, or content without permission.
Ordinary gameplay strategies, solving techniques, experimentation, and legitimate personal use are not prohibited.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Uncle Logic, Artificial Luck, associated branding, original games, puzzles, artwork, characters, interfaces, graphics, software, text, and other proprietary content are owned by Artificial Luck, LLC or used under applicable license.
These Terms provide you only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Uncle Logic for its intended purposes.
No ownership interest is transferred to you.
11. FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature concepts, or other feedback about Uncle Logic, you permit Artificial Luck to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that doing so does not transfer ownership of unrelated materials you already own.
12. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Uncle Logic may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, advertising, email delivery, payments, fulfillment, or other functions.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Artificial Luck does not control third-party websites merely because Uncle Logic links to them.
Private Uncle Logic account information is not intended to be provided to advertisers for their own third-party advertising targeting. Advertising providers may process limited technical/browser information as described in the Privacy Policy and subject to applicable privacy choices.
13. FUTURE PAID SERVICES AND MEMBERSHIPS
Artificial Luck may later offer paid subscriptions, memberships, ad-free options, digital products, or other paid services.
Any additional purchase terms presented when those services are introduced will also apply.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that a planned feature, membership, reward, or product will be launched.
14. CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY
Uncle Logic is continually developed.
Artificial Luck may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue games, features, rewards, services, or portions of the site.
Temporary outages, technical errors, lost connectivity, maintenance, device failures, or third-party failures may occur.
Artificial Luck does not guarantee uninterrupted access or preservation of every local or account-based game state.
15. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Artificial Luck may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account for reasons including fraud, abuse, security concerns, exploitation, unlawful conduct, serious or repeated violations of these Terms, or conduct that materially harms Uncle Logic, Artificial Luck, other users, or third parties.
Where appropriate, Artificial Luck may correct affected scores, achievements, LP, progress, or other account records.
You may delete your account through supported account controls.
16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNCLE LOGIC IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
ARTIFICIAL LUCK DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT ARE NOT EXPRESSLY REQUIRED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARTIFICIAL LUCK, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO UNCLE LOGIC.
For claims where liability cannot otherwise be excluded, aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of:
- amounts you paid directly to Artificial Luck for Uncle Logic during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- US $100,
except where applicable law requires a different remedy or limitation.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Artificial Luck harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Uncle Logic, material violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of your account.
This provision applies only to the extent legally enforceable.
19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND BINDING ARBITRATION
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
A. Informal Resolution First
Before filing arbitration or a lawsuit other than an eligible small-claims matter, you and Artificial Luck agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
The complaining party must provide written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution.
The parties will have at least 30 days after receipt of the notice to attempt to resolve the matter.
B. Binding Individual Arbitration
Except for disputes eligible for small-claims court or other disputes that applicable law does not permit to be arbitrated, disputes arising from or relating to Uncle Logic, these Terms, an Uncle Logic account, or the relationship between you and Artificial Luck will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its then-current Consumer Arbitration Rules, as applicable.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision to the extent applicable.
C. Small Claims
Either party may bring an individual claim in a small-claims court with jurisdiction if the claim qualifies and remains there on an individual basis.
D. No Class or Representative Proceedings
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND ARTIFICIAL LUCK AGREE THAT CLAIMS WILL BE RESOLVED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.
Neither party will seek to have a dispute heard as a class action, collective action, representative action, consolidated proceeding, or private-attorney-general action where such a waiver is legally enforceable.
E. Jury Trial Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND ARTIFICIAL LUCK WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY FOR DISPUTES SUBJECT TO THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT.
F. Arbitration Opt-Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to:
within 30 days after first accepting these Terms.
The notice should include:
- your name or display name;
- the email associated with your Uncle Logic account;
- a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration provision.
Opting out of arbitration will not terminate your Uncle Logic account.
G. Minors
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian should review this dispute-resolution provision with you and agree on your behalf to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section is intended to override rights or protections that legally cannot be waived.
H. Severability
If part of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
20. GOVERNING LAW
Except where federal law or applicable consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought in an appropriate state court located in Horry County, South Carolina, or an appropriate federal court with jurisdiction and venue over Horry County, South Carolina, unless applicable law requires another forum.
21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Artificial Luck may update these Terms.
The Terms will display their effective date and version.
Material changes may require account holders to review and accept a new version before continuing to use account features.
Changes will not retroactively rewrite completed LP ledger transactions or other historical account records except where correction is required because of fraud, error, abuse, or law.
22. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications necessary to operate the account, including authentication emails, security notices, account notices, and legally required communications.
Marketing email is separate and optional.
23. ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without Artificial Luck’s permission.
Artificial Luck may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SEVERABILITY
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific terms presented to you constitute the applicable agreement concerning Uncle Logic.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect to the extent permitted by law.
